Federal prosecutors say the owner of this suburban home on Beech Road in Cheektowaga turned it into a BDSM sex den where he used drugs to attract prostitutes.
Erie County, N. The Erie County man was indicted Thursday on federal sex and drug trafficking charges, prosecutors said. James P. Federal prosecutors alleged that Fox provided prostitutes with narcotics in exchange for sex acts. During an interview with investigators, Fox said he purchased hundreds of dollars worth of heroin and crack cocaine, which he stored at his home, in order to give the drugs to prostitutes in exchange for sex.
Fox also told investigators that he was aware that the prostitutes he solicited were addicted to drugs and understood that sex acts they engaged in could not be consensual because he was feeding their addiction, according to court documents. Fox told investigators that two prostitutes overdosed on heroin while at his home within the last two years, according to court documents,.
Fox is also accused of selling heroin to another individual, which resulted in serious bodily injury, prosecutors said. It is unclear if this individual is one of the women who overdosed inside his home. The home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood of tree-lined streets not far from the Thruway and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Knives, tasers, stun guns and a shotgun were also confiscated.
When questioned about the shotgun, Fox told investigators he had purchased it during a Black Friday sale a few years prior. He bought the gun for protection, he told law enforcement. Investigators interviewed her while at the scene. She told law enforcement that she had previously worked as an escort and met Fox when he paid her to engage in a sex act, according to court documents. At the time she was addicted to heroin and crack, she told investigators.
