The compassion and care from the people here is amazing to see on a daily basis. In all of my years here at MARC, I have felt welcomed, appreciated and understood as an employee, co-worker and a friend! It is truly a great environment to be a part of. I have worked for MARC for about 15 years now. Working at MARC has been one of the best things that I could have done and such a rewarding place to be.
It is also such a great feeling working for a company that treats each one of their staff like family, they look out for each one of us and give us encouragement when we need it. At MARC my skills are well suited, and my co-workers and the individuals we support are respectful and communicative.

Now more than 70 years old, MARC enhances the lives of more than adults at six locations and at more than community-based job sites.
