ESET Micro Updates are optimized to deliver essential protection in environments without a regular internet connection, such as for maritime and exploration users.
The file size is usually less than 1MB per week, and needs to be downloaded only once for an entire network. Endpoints can download micro updates directly, or via a local ESET update mirror.
Even if several weeks of updates are missed, the process of downloading and integrating the latest update remains absolutely straightforward. This allows users to achieve compliance whatever the operational circumstances.
