Check Availability. The staff were tremendous and very helpful and polite, particularly the young lady at reception. We arrived for the MotoGP and one of the nice things to do when you get back from the race is to re- watch with the commentary however the wifi in the room was non existent or kept cutting in and out and to say the least was frustrating.
Phone signal was also dreadful in the room. Great WiFi in the reception area but not what you need. Our friends watching the football said the reception area telly signal kept cutting in and out so not ideal eh! Breakfast was great, good value and the person running it was really friendly and efficient. No on site restaurant which was a shame but Burger King very nearby.
Train station 5 mins walk away to get into Chemnitz central and access to all the amenities. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming. Lage topp,Hotelparkplatz zwar gratis aber eng. Zimmer klein, praktisch, sauber und ruhig. Deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit! Tag wieder ein frisches Handtuchpaket! Sauberkeit ist aber lobenswert.
Room: This is a budget hotel, so the rooms are a bit small, but there are plenty of creative use of space here and the room still has a desk and chair. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows caused some neck pain, would prefer firmer pillow options. There isn't a coffee machine in the room forcing you to buy it from downstairs but of course, Super 8 is a budget brand.
