I currently specialize in CranioSacral Therapy, listening to the body for what it needs. Unlike a massage, CranioSacral uses delicate manual techniques to locate areas of weak spinal fluid flow or tissue motion. Those problem areas are then released to improve the form and function of your central nervous system. This process is so gentle it is relaxing for all ages, from newborns to adults. Helping people is my passion.
I moved to the Atlanta area from Miami in to continue my journey as a board-certified massage therapist. My Passion for massage developed when I saw how valuable it was to our bodies physically and mentally.
