My 76 year old father had an overnight stop in KL on transit between London and Manila and after checking into his room, a few minutes later the hotel clerk phoned him and asked if he needed a girl for the night!!! I wouldn't bring a Muslin girl in full grab but otherwise I would. Muslins live under Muslin law everyone else does what they want. Malaysia isn't a 3rd world country if you are going for women I would go next door to Theiland or The Philippines where getting girls is open and excepted.
Malaysia is a really nice country and not the place to go for sex tourest. If you stay in KL down town, Bukit Bintang to be precise u can get girl, boy, lady boy But I would be worried about what a "working girl" might bring with her into your hotel room!
