In lieu of your ticket s you will receive a digital voucher good for a future regular season home game per our postponement policy, found here. Vouchers can be redeemed as far in advance as you would like or on the day of the game, but they are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you do, the better your seats will be.
Check the printed instructions on the voucher for any seat or date restrictions. Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a ticket.
Children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. Children ages can sign up for the Bees Kids Club to get discounted tickets all season long. We have several options for both small groups up to 20 people to large groups people or more. Call BEES for more information. Once the box office closes, if you don't already have a ticket, you may not enter the ballpark. Only water in sealed, clear plastic bottles may be brought into the ballpark; each patron may bring 1 bottle of water.
No other food or beverages are permitted. All containers, such as bags, purses, and backpacks, are searched at the gate. There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside Smith's Ballpark. Fans may smoke outside the ballpark gates. The Salt Lake Bees have a strict policy against bringing firearms of any type into the ballpark. Currently, the Smith's Ballpark box office is only open on game days, opening 90 minutes prior to the first pitch.
To contact the ticket office, please call BEES. Limited public parking is located in the lot to the north of the ballpark. Oversize vehicles or trailers are not allowed. Parking is limited and fills up fast. Call our front office at Requests must be made before 12 pm, noon the day of the game you're attending. Blankets, stadium seat backs, and seat cushions are allowed. Camping or folding chairs are not allowed. If you bring an umbrella to the stadium, you may check it with Guest Services and pick it up as you exit the stadium.
