First-year Fall move-in will start the week prior to classes and depend on your campus location. You will receive a move in appointment time and instructions for move-in via your ASU email account, during the first week of July.
Move-in Dates: Downtown Phoenix: Aug. You will also receive instructions to your ASU email account after July 6th or within seven business days of your assignment, if assigned after July 1st. University Housing reserves the right to change your room assignment. Any change to room assignments may change your move-in date.
Housing Portal. Only students participating in an approved ASU-sponsored event or program are eligible to check into the halls early.
In order to ensure swift and efficient move-in , move-in dates and times are assigned to each student. This information will also be sent to your ASU email account when it is available. If you need to check-in later than your assigned move-in date, you are required to email University Housing from your asu. Mailbox information will be released August 1, All items should be labeled with first and last name, residence hall and room number.
No mail or packages can be accepted for you at this address until you receive more information. Anything received prior will be returned to the sender. Coordinate with family or friends to ship non-essential items to you at a later time.
