Wight is a homegrown local boy who always wanted a career in medicine. He has extra credentialing in extremities adjusting. Wanting to give back to the community that gave him so much as a boy, Dr. Wight brought his family home to Idaho Falls and started his chiropractic career. He is the founder and CEO of Legacy Health and enjoys bringing people the power of healing touch, medicine, and movement every day.
An outdoor enthusiast, Dr. He and his wife Erin are the parents of 5 amazing children. Holwege is a transplant from Sandy, UT. She then headed north to Portland, Oregon where she met her husband and finished her Human Sciences degree at the University of Western States. An internship in Blackfoot, Idaho followed, after which she joined the Legacy Health team. She is a great listener, which serves her patients well as she takes the extra time to understand and meet their challenging and often complex needs.
Holwege loves hiking, photography, traveling especially on cruises , and spending time in her backyard. From a young age, Jote has has a passion for people and health care. His training in physical therapy began at age 17 when he worked as a therapy tech during his years at Skyline High School.
Jote spent two years in Venezuela where he learned to speak Spanish and attended the International School Bella Vista. Jote specializes in outpatient care concerning pain, injury, surgery recovery, weakness, fatigue, and muscular imbalances.
He also provides home health care to those in need from ages Jote and his wife Kira are parents to 3 exceptional children who enjoy spending time with their dad above all else. They think his superpowers are his patience and his coaching skills. His PT patients agree! Off the court, Jote and his family love to be outdoors running, hiking, or biking.
