Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions.

The train to the airport is right outside the door. There was construction going on outside when I arrived, but it was not noisy. I traveled alone and the room was adequate, but there was no table and it was a bit inconvenient to put all the luggage on the floor.
Even a chair would be nice. The great thing is that there are free lockers that are large enough for suitcases. This hotel is the most expensive and the worst hotel in Switzerland. The location is a bit far away from the railway station, a minute walk, if bus 15 can be reached. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and the noise of the car outside and the children upstairs can't sleep.
Other hotels in Switzerland have free transportation cards, which he does not have. The only good thing is that the capsule coffee machine is good.
Very spacious, very comfortable and clean. Also an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the city center. Stayed there twice and would stay again if I am in Zurich. Also the reception was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend it. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc.
