I started my treatment with Kristina with not a lot of hope of solving the severe back and neck pain I have suffered for many years which was also giving me a headache virtually every day. My pessimistic outlook was due to how many other people I had tried to no avail. After a couple of visits and taking on the info and advice she gave me I started to notice the headaches where less frequent and the stiffness in my neck and back started to ease up the improvement continued and she has got me to the best I have felt in years.
Kristina is totally professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. I'd be very pleased to recommend her therapy. Kristina has fantastic massage techniques which really help with knots and areas of tension in my back whilst still being very relaxing. Kristina also applies a holistic approach and has given me very helpful advice for managing anxiety and stress.
