You can cancel in person by filling out a cancellation form at any PEAK Missoula service desk, or you can fill out the online form here. Billing cycles are completed on the first of each month.
Membership Cancellation Form. Your membership is not based on usage or non-payment. It will renew on the first of each month until we receive notice to cancel or hold your membership at least 15 days prior to your next billing date always the first of the month. To log in, you will need your membership agreement number. Please contact us if you do not know your agreement number. You can update your billing information over the phone by calling our billing or membership department. You can access this information on your MyiClub account. Please contact our membership team if you do not know your agreement number. Children under the age of 14 are welcome to accompany you in the pool, track, and basketball court. All other areas of the gym including weight room, cardio deck, and group fitness rooms are off limits, even when accompanied by an adult.
Children are not allowed in the Downtown location until they turn Children must be added to the membership so we can have a liability waiver on file free until they turn Children 14 and up are welcome to access the club without a parent. After your child turns 14, they will need to be set up on a paid membership. They can be added to a family membership Club, Corporate, or Downtown Only or on their own on a Student membership. Reciprocal membership privileges apply to individuals who are active members of one of the clubs listed below.
