The Ohio State University Mansfield Campus offers the reputation and academic excellence of one of the world's finest universities, but with the size and friendliness of a small town. The Mansfield campus is located just outside the cities of Mansfield and Ontario, Ohio. Located on beautifully wooded acreage, housing is a short walk to classes and within a few miles of shopping and entertainment. A bike path connects the apartments to campus, and on-site recreation includes basketball and sand volleyball.

North Central State College students should contact their school for housing options. Fees for housing are assessed each academic semester and are due seven days before the beginning of a term, the same time as tuition.
Students are responsible for checking their university account prior to each semester and forwarding fee information to family members or to those responsible for making timely payment. Rates and fees undergo a lengthy review and approval process and have not yet been finalized for the year.
Rates are subject to modification and final approval by the president and the Board of Trustees. Housing assignments are based on the date that the completed contract and payment are received by University Housing Services in Columbus.

Due to the demand for housing at Ohio State Mansfield, there is no guarantee that space will be available for later contract receipts. Once housing is full, a wait list is maintained, and vacancies that occur due to cancellations are filled off the wait list. In the event that the university owned housing reaches capacity, we are fortunate to have a privately owned and operated student-only residential option adjacent to campus as well as area apartments willing to rent to students.
