This is a family fun escape into the unknown that you just have to Sea To Believe. Purchase your tickets now or consider an annual pass to use any time for a full year. You will receive an email with an order number once you have purchased your tickets.
Present this order number or your phone number to admissions for entry. Tickets purchased are available for use any day that we are open. Austin Aquarium employs a 30 day cancellation policy. Cancellations require a 30 day written notice prior to renewal of the membership in order to avoid charges. A cancellation form must be filled out and turned into the aquarium in person.
All monthly memberships must complete the 12 month contract before cancellation. Members can cancel at anytime, and their membership is good until the end of the contracted year.
Monthly memberships are charged the remaining balance for the year if the cancellation is before the end of the contracted year. All monthly and annual memberships are on an auto renewal basis.
Members must have the cancellation form signed and turned in to the aquarium in person in order to cancel. Any electronic funds transfer EFT that is within the 30 days will be billed.
