On show dates, the Box Office opens at p. Tickets for a Duluth Playhouse event may only be purchased through the official website or through the Playhouse Box Office either in-person or by phone. Membership tickets are nonrefundable. All sales are final. Please ensure you have received tickets to the event you intend to purchase for the correct performance time, quantity, seat location, and price level before completing your transaction.
No refunds will be given on unused or canceled tickets. No exchanges for event dates that have already passed.
No exchanges for one-night events. The purchase of a ticket from a third-party vendor is not authorized. Duluth Playhouse reserves the right to refuse entry to fraudulent or suspect ticket holders. We recommend patrons be ages 8 and up to attend a Main Stage or Underground production. We recommend patrons be ages 5 and up for a Youth Theatre production. Everyone must have a ticket. Children under 3 are not admitted. Call the Box Office if you have any questions.

During your visit, you may be filmed or photographed. Your attendance at Playhouse events serves as permission for the use of your image by the Playhouse for publicity. Please contact the House Manager on duty should you have any questions or concerns about this policy. A limited amount of TAP tickets are available for every Playhouse-produced show.
