I was drawn to massage and holistic health by a desire to help facilitate a collective return to Earth centered approaches to healing and wellness. I believe the mind - body connection to be a necessary aspect of a fulfilled life and work to help my clients regain this vital connection. I studied massage, plant medicine, meditation instruction, and energy healing at the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in Asheville, NC from to Continuing education modalities throughout my career have included Thai massage yoga therapy , Ayurveda, craniosacral therapy, and applied kinesiology.
I specialize in helping clients achieve a state of deep relaxation, so their bodies and minds may engage more fully with the healing process. Clients include athletes, those seeking relief from chronic headaches and migraines, troubled sleepers, people who are overly stressed because of too much computer and screen time, and those simply seeking relaxation. My practice incorporates an integrative approach that includes deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, Swedish, prenatal, and energy work.
