Profile OCD is seeking an experienced Controlling Manager, with ideally a relevant experience in international, complex organisations requiring to partner with multiple internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and financial acumen, an ability to develop positive collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and would have a good technical competence into financial data and reporting automation. OCD has an ambitious strategy to expand its business both through organic growth and through acquisitions.
In order to sustain a profitable growth, OCD has created Global lines of Business and support services, aiming to mutualized service delivery to benefit from scale effects and support the implementation of best practices across Countries to improve efficiency.
This requires to reinforce the robustness of financial model and to provide a more structured Finance support to Global Functions owners.
