Thanks to Samantha my swollen legs have gone down loads and now all my tension has been worked out of the rest of my body. Highly recommend. I will be making this a regular thing :. Leon was a professional the massage room had an amazing feeling. The plants smell set the massage off to a perfect start, absolutely amazing. Such warm healing hands and the massage was the best as the next day I could move better than usual and felt so good. Shame it can't be that way every day.

Absolutely amazing massage from Leon, takes all the pain in my back away. Leon is great he makes you feel so at ease and the massages are amazing I always look forward to my next appointment cannot recommend enough amazing. Very happy with my treatment. Sam is the perfect therapist. Excellent setting, relaxing and calm. An amazing massage which really released muscle tightness at the hands of the very knowledgeable Sam. The massage really is different to your general spa massage. Would recommend Leon highly. This was a wonderful relaxing 90 min massage. Had a fantastic 90 minute massage from the lovely Sam this morning. The total experience was delightful from the time I got there, until the time I left. This was my first massage with Innovate4life and I will definitely be returning.
