After the sample manufacture by hand, your product is passed over to production.
Here, all operation steps, from selection of the material via template draft, manual sampling, special tool construction as well as small- and large-scale production, are carried out with our staff on our premises. By constructing the stamping tools in our own workshop, we are able to react flexibly and quickly to your wishes. Individual solutions, auxiliaries and special tools are generated there. Therefore, we take special care of our sewing machines. Over the years, we have constantly extended our machinery, so that we are now well-equipped for the production of your leather goods with sewing-machines for fine and coarse seams, self-converted special machines up to CNC automatic ones.
We have a partner company, which produces individual embossings for us. You decide where, how large and which colour. That way, your product becomes unique. Controlled quality with every operation step. Quality has priority for us. And that applies to series production as well as to individual products, of course. Every single piece undergoes a strict quality control. This starts with thorough selection of the leather and the tannery, accompanies every individual operation step and ends with a painstaking final check before the orders are despatched.
