It is licensed for 63 participants, and maintains a staff to participant ratio. The Hickory Center is designed to meet the needs of those with intense health needs, including but not limited to:.
Wound Care. Tube Feeding. This facility includes a healthcare wing, including space for those that may need to lie down during the day and an exam room.
An accessible shower is available, allowing staff to provide bathing services additional fees apply. The design of the center provides a safe and secure environment for those that may wander due to dementia or Alzheimer's Disease. Additionally, a secure and covered outside patio with rocking chairs is available for all participants.
In Memory of Viola Williams. Viola served the participants, families and staff of Adult Life Programs for over 4 years. She had an amazing smile and the ability to make you feel welcomed.
