At the end of the day, meet friends and colleagues in the airy lobby bar, or enjoy some refreshment on the terrace. We had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon. All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel without a reservation and still in complete shock.
We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night.
