Alice is the overall tritagonist of Superjail! She's the hulking and muscular head prison guard of Superjail who is transgender. She regularly engages in sadomasochistic rituals with the prisoners often without their consent , though she rebuffs The Warden 's constant advances. Before Alice came out, she was known as Big Al who worked in a normal jail where she was known for her way of handling rowdy prisoners.
Her fearsome reputation of being aggressive and ruthless to inmates was well known to other prisons, which according to The Warden led to vile rumors throughout the world.
While there, she was in love with Warden Toddly. Her interest in Toddly led to a moment of self-discovery, which resulted in her beginning her transition. From that day she became known as Alice but discovered a shocking twist when she attempted to express her feelings.
Alice walked in on Toddly making out with another man, revealing himself to be a homosexual, and he was repulsed by Alice's new appearance.
He fired her, calling her a freak who would never get hired by another prison. Alone, Alice fell into a depression, crying to herself to sleep in her pickup truck. Then, in a fortunate twist of fate, The Warden appeared and offered her a job at Superjail as the new Corrections Officer as he had heard about her brutal treatment of convicts.
