I can literally hang out there for a loooooong time. The one foot balance? Trying to square the hips? KG: In my first arm balance workshop, oddly enough with Justin Reilly, I was trying to do a forearm stand and the floor was slippery with sweat.
I fell flat on my back and, of course, I was the first person to eat it. I probably scared the crap out of the people who worked on the floor below us. KG: I was teaching an ab sequence recently β it was in sets of ten β and this one guy farted on each and every one.
I kept my cool until like seven or eight, but, hey, farts are funny. I was trying to ignore it, but there was no way that was going to work, ten farts in! KG: I love everything about what I do. I am SO blessed to be able to do what I love and feel like I make a real difference in the lives of those with whom I come in contact.
