Gorsch is charged with murder. Method : Shooting Alleged motive: Domestic fight. Francisco Daniel Aguilar, 17, pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Aguilar took a gun and bullets from his father's bedroom before going to a remote area with his girlfriend.
