Coming into counselling or therapy is daunting and we understand this, so we offer an initial appointment which allows you to get a sense as to whether therapy with that particular therapist could be helpful.
From here the therapist will suggest you have a think about the session and make direct contact with them if you decide to continue. The fee for the initial appointment is the same as any further appointments you may have and reflects their level of experience.
