All staff were friendly and helpful the hotel itself is fine - clean and comfy but not brand new I think there were some renovations being done during our stay. A good sized free car park and E chargers Tesla I think. Two things to note, I would not rely on SatNav to locate as entry from the ring road is tricky.
Also the big modern shopping centre next door is shut overnight and Sunday with steel bollards that raise up -so worth checking the centre's opening times if you want to shop. The hotel rooms are brand new and the executive are really well designed. All the staff have a really high level of attention of the guests and its remarkable. We stayed in a first-floor room with a little terrace of our own. Was idyllic on that terrace except for when the air conditioning unit on the adjacent roof was humming and dumping hot air on us. Such a shame because everything else here was first class.
The staff. The restaurant. The courtyard bar. The location near one of the best wine and food streets in Rennes. Absolutely would stay here again but might not bother with the terrace room next time. It has a great location -- about. My wife enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean.
