The tenant must observe Islamic behavior and morals during his stay in the chalet, and not allow the residence of any other people who are not accompanying him, while remaining calm and not disturbing others for the sake of public comfort. The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the chalet and must maintain it, and in the event of damage to something of the property, he must pay the appropriate compensation decided by the resort management and the tenant is not entitled to transfer the contract to another person.
Ensure that the air conditioning and electricity are turned off when the customer leaves the chalet, to prevent any near miss, and he will be responsible for them. The check-out time is at AM three in the morning, and if he is late, the customer is obligated to pays a delay fine which is SAR per hour.
In the event that the tenant is absent two hours after the expiry of the contract, the management has the right to open the chalet and dispose of it and raise the property of the tenant to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management and the contract is considered void.
The administration is not responsible for the loss of the tenant's valuables inside the apartment. The tenant has no right to recover the rent in the event of leaving before the end of the contracted period. In the event that the tenant wishes to extend or vacate the chalet, he must notify the administration with an appropriate period before the expiry of the period and make sure that the extension is possible.
The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions, and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons. The tenant is fully responsible before the government agencies in the event of a legitimate or legal violation. The resort has the right to cancel the contract if the second party does not comply with what is stated in it, and the rental value is considered the right of the resort.
