Please tell the reception team that you have a physio appointment and they will direct you to a waiting area on the second floor — lift available where your physio will meet you at your appointment time. Sports Massage is a treatment suitable for anybody, not just athletes, who enjoy a deep massage that releases and relaxes the muscles.
Occasionally the clinics are open before or after these core times, depending on availability. We will always try to accommodate your needs, so if you receive a reminder for your appointment outside of these times then please attend as confirmed.

Pride park was handy for me parking easy Jack was understanding to my needs he encouraged me and all the exercises really helped I feel so much better and my doing the work it paid off for me to strengthen my legs and knees thanks for everything.
