All calls for our guests are free. This excludes special service numbers involving additional charges. Please contact the reception for replenishment. These will be brought to your room upon request. Please vacate your room on departure day by h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception. You may use the spa area until h on the day of departure. Monday to Friday from to h Saturday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays from to h. To have your baggage brought to and from your room, please contact the hotel reception, our employees will be happy to help.
We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time. For security reasons, guests must accompany staff during the transfer of their luggage to their room. If you still need a blanket or bowls, please contact our reception. You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items.
Whatever you need, whatever you lost, or whatever you simply forgot, we have it. Lindner has it. There is a minibar in your room. For prices of all included drinks and snacks, please refer to the list provided. From a booking in our King Bed Deluxe category the minibar is included for you. You are welcome to charge your e-car free of charge at our charging station in the underground car park. Please let the reception know your registration number and room number as soon as your car is connected.
You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel. We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel.
