All Lancaster massage scheduled appointments have an emailed follow up, if scheduling with our online system you will receive a reminder email before your appointment. We do not charge your card on file until the day of your appointment!

This building is the Candy Factory Studios and is located on the southern side of the parking lot. From here you will be asked to sign before being walked back to the massage studio.
This building has a lot of other businesses in it so please keep that in mind when scheduling. Although we love doing our Integrative Zen sessions we are a chronic pain management studio. Depending on your needs you can schedule as a member or try our Wellness Program sessions expire in 3 months. Parking is found on the street or the parking garage off of Queen next to Decades. There is also free parking in the lot in front our building but it offered on a first come first served basis.
