The position reports to the VP Controller and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall credit and collections process to reduce the delinquency rates and improve cash flow.
This position works closely with sales and customer service team to resolve issues related to credit and collections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. As the Director of Talent Development at Athens Services, you will play a pivotal role in advancing workforce capabilities, ensuring that our team members have the skills needed for success.
