Andrew grew up in Portland, Oregon, and credits his parents for the values that shaped his career. As a child, he accompanied his father, a primary care physician who founded a private practice, as he made hospital rounds. Wheeler would tell his son. A lifelong athlete, Andrew co-captained soccer and basketball and later served as coach and referee for youth teams. He is a dedicated alumnus and year class agent of Bowdoin College in Maine, where he graduated cum laude with an A.
Andrew lives with his wife, Kathy, in the Cedar Park neighborhood of West Philadelphia, where they raised three children. Daniel I. Guerrero is an executive recruiter for Lincoln Leadership.
