During the opening circle I will connect everyone into an energy field that creates a holding container and a collective consciousness which will encourage a sense of calmness and peace, allowing a safe space for all of us to connect in a deep intimate way of expression.
At closing circle there is an opportunity for open communication and vulnerability that allows reflections and support through, with and in community and the natural environment. In this Sacred Walk you will experience a variety of practices and healing in emotional intelligence, mental awareness, visualization, plant identification getting in touch with nature and your environment , transformational breakthroughs, energy work, meditation, physical exercise, body and breath awareness, support and a real sense of connection to nature and community.
You will learn how to connect to your surroundings and feel how nature supports you. You will see you are a part of nature. Over time and also instantly you can experience the shift and breaking of patterns that no longer serve you and become adaptive to a healthier way of Living as One as we walk within the forest and mountains.
The connection to Source through sound and light is our innate creation and the purity of Creating, Destroying and Preserving as of Being in a Wholly structure. This empowers us to see from a higher perspective and make better, centered choices in our lives, and with practice in each moment, create a better world. You will integrate Spiritual Practices, Earth Practices and Relationship Practices, creating connections to Self-Realization and community while building emotional, physical and mental awareness as well as releases in groups and individual sessions, which will allow the moving out of stuck energy and creating the space to be filled with light.
