We also offer a wide range of optional benefits. Your salary will be based on the terms of the collective agreement for the private insurance industry. We also offer holiday and Christmas bonuses above the standard pay scale. As you progress up the hierarchy and salary scale, you will additionally receive a performance-related salary component.
