Thursday regarding a woman who had allegedly been sexually assaulted. Jose Rigoberta Meija-Cubias, 37, of El Salvador, was arrested by authorities and charged with sexual battery of a physically helpless person and tampering with evidence.
While investigators were there, they came into contact with several suspected undocumented immigrants who were employed at the restaurant.
