Then, I started to cook. The food was no longer just a sensory pleasure but rather a field of study.
Every day was filled with cooking, experimenting, and tasting - from various olive oils to different kinds of salt, from herbs de Provence to fresh and juicy tomatoes of all sorts. The food was not just delicious anymore, it gained more versatile qualities - it was glossy, crystalline, textured, zesty⦠And damn, it was sensational!
This gastronomic passion, the gourmand lifestyle of mine, naturally led me to the day when I decided to launch Another Bite - food experience agency, where food is perceived as an emotional sensation. I believe that food evokes emotions, creates experiences and memories.
