KKTV - Five Colorado men were arrested for child sex crimes last week following a joint operation by local and federal law enforcement. Five suspects were arrested July 3 as a result of that springtime operation. Nico Apodaca , age 34, of Grand Junction: Facing three counts of sexual exploitation of a child - possession of sexually exploitative material and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 - possession of sexually exploitative material - extraordinary risk.
River Kincaid , age 24, of Grand Junction: Facing eight counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 - possession of sexually exploitative material - extraordinary risk. Austin Pierce , age 26, of Grand Junction: Facing three counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 - possession of sexually exploitative material - extraordinary risk. Anthony Svaldi, age 47, of Loma: Facing three counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 - possession of sexually exploitative material videos - extraordinary risk and three counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 - possession of sexually exploitative material videos - extraordinary risk - subjected to the actual application of physical force.
