In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, running, and singing along to musical theatre. Bethany is a graduate of Madison College's Therapeutic Massage program.
She is trained in Swedish, Therapeutic and Prenatal massage. She enjoys helping people reconnect to their bodies and find more ease in their daily movements. Her approach combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques, which is particularly effective in easing chronic muscle tension. In her free time she enjoys oil painting, reading, and cuddling her cat, Moon. She can offer a deep or light pressure, warm bamboo, pregnancy massage or lymphatic drainage to help achieve your relaxation or pain relief goals.
