Donations have been distributed to non-profit organizations that support cancer research and provide financial assistance to families of children suffering from severe illnesses.
Your support will also help fallen officers and their families in your local community and across the nation. Help during devastating events such as these is critical for our officers and their loved ones. Community programs such as scholarships, little league support and officer-led activities are also directly impacted by your donation.
Without your support, many of these crucial programs would not exist within our community. The Fontana Police Foundation is a non-profit organization. We are comprised of three labor groups- the Fontana Police Management upper management sworn officers , the Fontana Police Officers Association corporals and police officers , and the Fontana Police Benefit Association non-sworn professional staff.
The members of the Fontana Police Foundation volunteer throughout the year to raise capital to help fund charities, programs, scholarships, or special events within Fontana. The mission of the Fontana Police Foundation is to advance the effectiveness of police through community relationships in the greater Fontana area. Our goals are to support the families of fallen officers, reduce community tension, reduce community deterioration, and reduce juvenile delinquency through community engagement and providing resources that are not readily available.
