As someone who has had reflexology regularly over the years and found it to be very beneficial for my health problems I have to say that the reflexology treatment from Chris was the best I have ever had.
He was thorough, and very knowledgeable and knew how to apply just the right pressure. I even had a complementary neck, shoulder and upper back treatment. I rolled off the couch feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Very useful too that the treatment highlighted the problem areas in my body that still need work. Overall it was worth every shilling and really helped me. Highly recommend it! This one will be difficult to describe. I walked in with the weight of the world on my shoulders and floated out on a cloud.
Incredible experience. The hot stone massage is a must-try! Super friendly, professional staff. Great quality products. Serene ambiance You can't hear much else than the soft, relaxing music playing. There must have been other clients in the spa while I was there but the staff do such a great job of making sure you don't cross paths with anyone else that it really does feel like you have the place to yourself.
