While 13 minutes of sex is satisfactory for most couples, the new book reveals that almost half of men finish sex in barely two minutes.
Until some premature studies have shown how sex on average lasts about seven minutes, the well-known expert Dr. Harry Fisch, who specializes in curing men's problems, finds how even this is overkill. In the research for his new book "The pure truth - the ultimate sex education for adults", he discovered that even 43 percent of couples on average do not make love longer than two minutes, Telegrafi reports.
He accuses men as the main culprits for this, although he considers premature ejaculation to be a condition in which sexual excitement cannot be controlled for more than a minute. More than 90 percent of women cannot experience orgasm within two minutes, so in such sex their pleasure is definitely denied.
There is huge variation between couples, so some actually make love for up to an hour, but there are significantly more couples whose passionate sessions are shorter, says Fisch.
Fisch adds that men who cannot delay orgasm two minutes into sex, or even experience it after 40 minutes of making love, should still seek medical help because such problems can improve.
