Ken S. I was unable to logon to the hotel'S. There was no problem when using my phone, but when I tried to logon with my PC, the hotel'S. The network names of other surrounding establishments in the ares were visible but the network ID of the hotel was not. The problem remained uncorrected during the 4 days of my stay. I have stayed at this hotel in the past without this problem.
I have stayed at other Accor hotels before and after this visit without this problem. The Windows Network Troubleshooter gave me an incoherrent reason for the problem and was unable to resolve it. This has also caused a problem with my subsequent reservation at the Mercure in Vannes. I tried to use my phone but I got a message saying that the hotel was not available for the dates I wanted. When this happens with a computer, it is possible to interrogate the availability, and adjust the booking to fit in with the hotel'S.
Unfortunately I was unable to find this facility on the Accor phone app. As a result I had to make the Vannes reservation with a verbal telephone call. I now find that I have been charged a higher rate than I was quoted verbally. The girl who took my call has failled to allow me both the voyager card discount and the free room upgrade. As a result I have been charged the full rate for the privilege room at Vannes without any discount Whilst I expect to recover the difference I believe that this is worth mentioning in the Yfiniac review, because if I had been able to use the Ibis'S.
