Assuming the site stays up server is in the US , maybe it will get more popular. Generally the address and phone is correct for what they have listed though.

Addresses should be very close, but may be off a number or two. I saw a phone number listed on the side of the building of one on Google Maps, but don't have phone numbers for the others. If someone could provide it, I will keep my list updated. This list does not contain provider names or any recommendations, good or bad, other than to say that I've left off any places that I knew were legit only; except that I've added a couple at the bottom that commonly advertised on BP.
