Hello ladies! We wanted to take a moment to explain how the Good For You Club app came to be. We, Joan and Anne, became friends later in life, in our 50s, when we met randomly, through walking football. Through our dedication to promoting women's walking football in Perth, we established the Perth Ladies United group.
Today, we proudly have a thriving group of women who are members of the Jeanfield Swifts women's walking football team, ranging in age from 24 to These amazing women have not only inspired one another to try new sports and activities but have also formed deep friendships and supported each other emotionally through life challenges.
The transformative power of exercise and social connectivity isnt a new concept, but how do you make it happen for women in the modern world, especially post Covid?
