On starting my Co-Active training back in , I instantly fell in love with coaching and knew that this sacred work and a calling to do what I most love; to support people using my natural intuition, emotional intelligence and creativity. Throughout my career I have empowered my clients to write books, make life-affirming career changes, overcome anxiety, inhabit their sensuality and to take giant leaps towards heightened self-realisation, increased authentic leadership presence and spiritual growth.
A Serendipitous "Message. Parallel to my Co-Active coaching training I experienced a lot of loss. On returning from my Dad's funeral on a freezing cold January morning when I felt in the pits of grief and despair, I received a serendipitous "message" from the universe to channel my feelings through poetry.
And so I did! And I have been writing at least one poem a day ever since. Completing my coaching training and stepping back into my creative self were intrinsically linked, resulting in the name of my company and approach. A further unexpected traumatic event prompted me to enrol in the Co-Active Leadership programme which prompted an abundance of self-growth enabling me to own who I was on a whole new level. I am warm, expressive, eccentric, playful and highly-sensitive.
Originally from Southampton, U. K, I have been living and working in Basel for many years and I am happy and grateful to call Switzerland my home. My partner Andy and I are happily unmarried self-confessed crazy cat parents, cohabiting with our three much-loved fur babies Ziggy, Ebony and Nera!
I am an enthusiastic hobby jogger and most of my mornings begin by rising ridiculously early in order to commune with nature and write poetry in the forest!
