You may pay by bank transfer or cash at time of your appointment. We do not have eft-pos or credit card facilities. We have a 24 hour notice period for cancellation, please advise your therapist directly by text as soon as you suspect you may not be able attend. This gives the opportunity for us to offer it to someone else who may need it. The minmum notice period is by the previous day or Friday for Monday appointments. Payment for the missed session will be required, exception may be made for illness or family emergency.
