Entry into the car park shall result in the conclusion of the parking agreement between the Customer and the Operator on the basis of these general terms and conditions without any reservation and thus parking fees are due in accordance with the rates of Article 3. A random non-reserved space in the car park will be provided to the Customer.
The car park Operator is not responsible for the storage and monitoring of the vehicle. The Operator sets the opening hours of the car park. Entering and exiting the car park can only take place during business hours. The "on-site payment rate" is 6. This fee is a concessionary rate and is only applicable to the extent that the Customer 1 paid the parking fee due on his own initiative, 2 before leaving the car park, 3 using the available payment facilities. All of these conditions must be cumulatively met to enjoy the "on-site payment rate".
The indivisible payment of the aforementioned amount entitles the Customer to park for a maximum of 24 consecutive hours from the moment the vehicle enters the car park. As soon as the vehicle has left the car park even if this occurs before the expiration of the maximum parking time of 24 consecutive hours , the parking session is permanently terminated. Parking for longer than 24 consecutive hours is not permitted.
If the Customer exceeds this maximum period, then the "long-term parking rate," as defined in Article 3. The "deferred payment rate" is 44 euros including VAT per parking space. If the Customer has not paid the "on-site payment rate" of 6.
The collection and payment of this fee shall be carried out in accordance with the collection procedure set forth in Article 4. Under Articles 3. If the Customer has exceeded the maximum period of 24 consecutive hours, counting from the time he entered the car park, he will owe the "long-term parking rate".
