But it's also one of the best ways to get through any issues. Sex Therapy can help you deal with problems in your sex life or just help you spice things up again. The best way to find out if we can help you is to get in touch. If you're in a relationship, it's useful if you come with your partner, as many sexual issues stem from issues present in the relationship itself.
If your counsellor thinks Sex Therapy would be useful, you'll begin to see your therapist regularly. At the end of each session, they'll give you some practical exercises to try out in the privacy of your own home.
Everything you say will be entirely confidential and your therapist will do everything they can to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Although some people find Sex Therapy a little awkward at first, many are surprised at how effective it is. We are a charity and don't make a profit from the services we provide.
