Right from the off Naomi was fantastic, booking and arranging the weekend was made so easy,. Naomi was as fantastic as ever, professional and delightful to work with. She explored every possible way of getting our weekend to go ahead even included weekly updates, Sadly we had to cancel the trip and Naomi was able to secure us a refund, even after the trip was cancelled Naomi continued to work with me to ensure my guests got back the correct amount they paid Top service, will be booking again.
They mentioned flexibility, willingness to help and adaptable as the main points, and the team didn't disappoint. This was epitomised by the accommodation supplier shutting down the day before our arrival! Sarah was working into the evening with us to get the issue resolved, taking care of any unforeseen expenses.
That is a show of class and dedication which is rare but not lost on us. Needless to say we enjoyed every moment of the stag. The stags have flooded me with great feedback on the Go Karting we've booked to go again , Zorb Football still feeling it now and the evening activities too. Big thanks again to the team for a huge effort; Stag Do's are a lot less daunting when you work with this bunch of professionals.
Very very happy, Have to hand it to the stag and hen experience, they took all the hard work out of planning the stage for 18 lads. Extremely good price for everything. Not one of us had anything negative to say.
