Ability to build and maintain employee, patient and physician satisfaction through collaboration, communication and consistent service. Builds credibility with physicians as a champion for patient care, quality and nursing professionalism, Establishes professional and ongoing positive working relationships with the Jennie Edumundson Hospital Medical Staff. Collaborates with medical staff in determining needed patient services. Collaborates with physicians to develop patient care protocols, policies, procedures and determine patient care equipment and facility needs.
Provides input and assists with recruiting efforts of physicians. Follows up with inquiries and is instrumental in touring and introducing prospective physicians to hospital services.
